What do I need to know about registering?

WHERE TO REGISTER: Registration is now open. You can register to attend here. Members of the media wishing to attend the conference will be able to apply through the registration platform.

PRICING:

Category Early Registration Registration
Retiree/Student $255 $290
NGO/Academic $450 $515
Corporate $1,230 $1,400
Government $540 $615
Virtual $25 $25

Important Registration Information: We will use WellCheck, a secure third-party platform, to manage the collection and storage of attendees’ vaccination information. (More detailed information on our COVID-19 safety protocols is available here).

A note about pricing: We recognize that ticket prices (which include all platform and credit card processing fees) have risen since our last in-person conference, in 2019. This increase reflects general inflation in the global economy and the costs of the Covid safety protocols we have put in place. In order to ensure the safety of attendees, we have cut the number of guests from 800 to roughly 400. To make the conference more accessible for those unable to attend in person, we have added a paid virtual attendee option which will allow attendees to engage fully in the conference through access to livestreams of all conference panels and side sessions, the ability to participate in live Q&A, and networking opportunities with other conference participants. The nominal fee will help offset the increases to audio-visual equipment costs required to provide these services.

REGISTRATION DATES:

1. Early Bird Registration: May 2, 2022–May 31, 2022

2. Online Registration: June 1, 2022–October 17, 2022

Depending on the state of the pandemic, we reserve the right to increase the number of available tickets as the conference approaches.
