Taylor Boas is a Project Associate with the Project on the Information Revolution and World Politics. His research interests include the impact of the information revolution on authoritarian regimes and new democracies, the rise of non-governmental organizations in world affairs, and the development of information and communication technologies in Latin America. He joined the Carnegie Endowment in August 1999 as a Junior Fellow.
Mr. Boas holds a BA in International Relations and Latin American Studies from Stanford University.
